August 15, 2017 (Houston, Texas) - Effective August 15, 2017, all HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division hospitals and facilities in Houston will be in Community Health Choice’s Health Insurance Marketplace provider network. Community Health Choice is a Managed Care Organization with more than 400,000 members.

As a result, all HCA Gulf Coast Division hospitals and facilities will be in every Health Insurance Marketplace plan available in Houston for the 2017 election period.

  • Health Insurance Marketplace Plans for individuals, including plans with subsidized premiums for lower-income families
  • Regional HMO coverage for State of Texas employees
  • Administrator for multiple collaborative safety net projects, including Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) and Network Access Improvement Program (NAIP).

HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division now participates in every Health Insurance Marketplace plan available in Houston for the 2017 election period including: Molina, BCBS-Blue Advantage and Community Health Choice.
